My Franco Sarto Fall/Winter 2019 Shoe Picks

My Franco Sarto Fall/Winter 2019 Shoe Picks

Welcome back, friends! One of my favorite ways to change up my style is with shoes. I feel like repeating an outfit doesn’t feel like repeating when I wear it with a different pair of shoes, and I think that’s what I like so much about them. They can completely elevate your look and they always serve as a conversation piece. Anyway, today I wanted to do a wrap-up of my recent Franco Sarto footwear additions including my picks from their fall/winter collection this year with links to shop them all!

To give you some background info, I’ve been wearing Franco Sarto shoes for years. They are my go-to brand for all seasons for many reasons, mainly due to the quality, style selection and lasting power because these still look good after YEARS of wear. I find footwear to be worth the investment when selecting styles that you’re going to get endless use out of for many seasons to come. With that being said, this season was no different and I added three new pairs of FS boots to my closet for the cold months ahead!

Indigo Boot in Black
These are my new favorites and if you’re only going to get one pair, I recommend these most because I get so much wear out of them. First off, they’re really comfortable with the perfect heel height. They give you a few extra inches while still being really comfortable to walk in, also making them easy to dress up or down. These have a similar vibe as sock boots in the sense that the leather is unstructured around your leg, allowing it to move with you and be more fitting to your body. The square-toe is super trendy right now (sort of 90s vibes) and these look so high-end on. I wear them multiple times a week!

Luca Bootie in Wine Croco Print Leather
These have been referred to as my Johnny Depp boots (lol). The pointed toe is very edgy and the red crocodile print is so eye-catching. These look much more red in my photos than they do in person and I’d describe them as more of a light wine color. They have a relatively low heel and overall height on your leg, so they’re a great buy for everyday ankle boot lovers. I’ve never been a big red girl in the past, but I’ve grown to love it more and more over the years, especially as a fashion accessory pop.  I’ve been pairing them with graphic tees and neutral sweaters most.

Marquee Bootie in Midnight
Navy isn’t a color I have a lot of in my closet and I think that’s what makes these so fun to style for me. It’s a low-key pop of color while also serving as a functional/practical neutral. These match way more items in your wardrobe than you’d think and the mirror detail on the heel really makes these stand out among standard solid-colored boots. These have a very comfortable and practical heel height and I’ve especially loved pairing them with dresses and white paper bag trousers lately. Like the black boots, these also have a squared-off toe for a bit of a retro look. If you’re not a heel-person, these are a safe choice. They come in a bunch of other colors too (it doesn’t look like the midnight shade is in stock right now) and I LOVE the dark green!
