My Christmas Wishlist

My Christmas Wishlist

Can you believe the holiday season is here?! Like me, you may already have family members calling and texting you asking what you’d like for Christmas because they “want to get you exactly what you want.” It feels weird requesting things for Christmas, but I get it. When you’re getting someone a gift, you want it to be something they want and will use. The guessing game can be stressful when you have a long list of people to buy gifts for and no one wants to waste their money on something that could go untouched. It makes sense from a sustainability standpoint too, I suppose. Though the holidays aren’t about gifts, I find that everyone appreciates it when you share a few items with them that you want or may be in need of, just in case. I like to put together this Christmas Wishlist on my blog every year to give you some ideas of things to ask for (I can’t be the only one that draws a blank and REALLY has to think about it), provide ideas of what to get people in your life, and so my family can reference it all in one place if they wish. This is for you guys!

Cactus silk pillows
I’m drooling over these. I find that throw pillows get worn and dingy after a while, and we’re due to replace some of ours on our couch. I LOVE the look of these and the fact that they come in the perfect colors for our house’s palette. I’d love some in various warm pink, peach, mustard, tan and cream shades. If you’re on the hunt for some of these too, keep in mind that not all of them come with inserts, so you may have to buy those separately.

Set Active workout set
I’ve seen these sets all over Instagram and YouTube and they look so cute! I really want one of the ribbed sets in the color Chai Latte, which looks like a pretty sage green. I’m a sucker for anything comfy and let’s be honest, anything ribbed is just the best. I love wearing these sets around the house, on days when I don’t feel like putting an outfit together or when I’m running errands.

  • Ribbed Legging (XS/S) *currently not in stock
  • Ribbed V-Top (XS/S)

Cross Band Plush Slippers
I’m a BIG slipper girl (my Instagram followers KNOW since I somehow bring all the slipper freaks to the yard with every pic I post), especially since moving to a house with hardwood floors so my feet can stay warmer. These Amazon ones are so cute, inexpensive and come in the cutest colors! I love them all, but I think I’d choose the tan ones. These would make such a great gift for literally anyone, including people you may not know super well and are unsure what to get them.

5 ft faux Bird of Paradise floor plant
We have a fake plant in our room currently, but it’s something we brought over from our apartment and it’s too small for the space. After a little bit of research, I think this is the plant style I want and the 5 ft height seems like it would be a good fit. Real or fake, plants add so much to a room and are worth the investment since they last for years!

Doc Martens 2976 Quad Chelsea Boot
Doc Martens have been around forever and I’m honestly surprised that I’ve never owned a pair. They’re a classic shoe for fall and winter and they’re something that will never go out of style, at least in my opinion. I love this chunky Chelsea boot style and I think they’d look so cute with cropped jeans for the colder months.

Alure Three Barrel Waver
I’ve been wanting one of these for a while! I love doing my hair every day and trying out new styles, so I think this would be so fun. This one is Amazon’s #1 Best Seller, and the price and reviews are great.

Pampas grass
Yes, more! I already have a bundle on our kitchen island and a strand on our bedroom dresser, but I’d love to have more to sprinkle throughout the house (bathrooms, living room TV stand, etc.). Luxe B Pampas Grass has a bunch of good ones, but Amazon’s are more affordable. I’m pretty much obsessed with all of them.

Custom Letter Necklace
These are so pretty and I love anything customized! I can’t wait to get one with my baby’s name or something one day (again, not pregnant), but in the meantime, I’d love a gold one with my own name. I love how dainty they are and it would make such a great layering piece!

Conair Unbound Cordless Auto Curler
I’m honestly just HIGHLY intrigued by this. It’s essentially a cordless hair curler that you charge so you can curl your hair anywhere without having to plug it in. I’m trying to imagine what type of situations I would use this in, but I’m sure it really comes in handy in a pinch.

Heated Eyelash Curler
I’ve seen this around recently and I really want to try it out! This particular one has good ratings and is available on Amazon Prime. It’s charged via USB, so it’s great for on-the-go too!

__________

That’s what’s on my Christmas list this year! Again, I hope this sparked some ideas for you and helps your holiday season run a little smoother. Stay tuned for more holiday content including gift guides and stocking stuffers for him and her, our Christmas decor, Christmas card and more. Bye friends!
