Things to Keep You Entertained During Quarantine

There certainly isn’t much to love about quarantine, but all this extra time at home has forced me to find shows and things to entertain me and distract myself from everything that’s going on. With little (okay, zero) motivation to do my hair, put on makeup or even a proper outfit most days since no one but my husband and dog see me (along with taking a break from social media), I’ve got a lot of me-time on my hands to fill — here’s everything I’ve been enjoying!

SHOWS

• Jersey Shore (Hulu) — a guilty pleasure! I’m already on Season 6…
• Keeping Up With the Kardashians (Hulu) — a new season was just released!
• 2020 (Hulu) — lots of episodes
• The Outsider (HBO) — kind of weird, but interesting
• The Stranger (Netflix) — I watched this a while back, but really liked it!
• Desperate Housewives (Hulu)
• Dalia Dippolito Series by Stephanie Harlowe: Part 1 and Part 2 (YouTube)
• Architectural Digest Channel (YouTube) — see inside celebrities’ homes
• Mary Kate & Ashley Movies (Hulu)
• House Hunters: Caribbean Life (Hulu) — so nice as we’re stuck indoors in cold weather!
• Tiger King (Netflix) — absolutely WILD

PODCASTS

• Strictly Stalking — this highlights a different stalking case each week told by the victim themselves. It really brings into perspective that any of us could be getting followed by someone every day without our knowledge. They emphasize why stalking laws need to be changed in order to better protect victims. Very eerie and good!⁣
• Down The Hill: The Delphi Murders — it’s a must-listen if you’re local since it happened right here in Indiana! This is one of those cases where it seems like the best evidence you could ever ask for is available (video and audio of the killer taken by the victims moments before/during the crime), yet the murderer still can’t be identified. ⁣
