Top 5 Places I Want To Travel To

travel
As many of you know, Justin and I just got our passports a couple weeks ago and I've been spending time researching places to go for our honeymoon. Looking into beautiful destinations all over the world inspired me to compile some of the top places I want to visit to share with you guys! These locations range from gorgeous beaches to breathtaking mountains.

bora bora
1 // Bora Bora — I mean, have you seen those overwater bungalows?! This place looks like an absolute dream and the idea of being able to just walk off your back deck and jump in the water is so unreal. Staying in those quaint overwater bungalows is crazy expensive, but it's something I'd love to do one day!

santorini greece
2 // Santorini, Greece — I've been dying to go here for years, probably ever since I watched Sisterhood Of The Traveling Pants back in 2005. I love all the contrast of the crisp whites and gorgeous shades of blue, and I can't imagine taking a bad picture there even if I tried. I would love to stay in one of the classic white homes and spend a week soaking up Grecian sun.

amalfi coast italy
3 // Amalfi Coast, ItalyThe colors, the water... what's not to love? The Amalfi Coast, along with many other destinations in Italy, just look so charming! There's something about vacationing in Italy that seems so "posh" to me... in other words, I would definitely need an oversized beach hat, striped one-piece bathing suit, and a drink to sip on. ;)

banff alberta canada
4 // Banff in Alberta, Canada — My mouth always drops open when I see pictures of this place. Doesn't it seem like it's straight out of a storybook? The gorgeous views appear to be endless! I would definitely need to pack 10 extra camera batteries because I'm pretty sure my finger would hardly leave the shutter button.

big sur california
5 // Big Sur, California — Here's a U.S. option for you! I love a good beach/mountain combo. This would be such a fun weekend trip to do some sightseeing and maybe stay in one of those cute little Airbnbs. I'm not typically a big hiker, but you'd probably catch me ruffing the trails at Big Sur with less convincing then usual.

  1. I would DEFINATELY recommend Banff! I’ve been there several times and it’s so beautiful! If you’ve never been there before (or even if you have), I’d definitely recommend shopping on main street and going on the gondola. My favorite time to go is Christmas – main street just looks so magical at Christmas! I also love going to The Old Spaghetti Factory there. And – whether you’re staying at it or not – stop by the Banff Springs Hotel. It’s like a castle! And you can go in and explore all you want. It’s sweet. 🙂

    1. Sounds AMAZING! I’ve been dying to plan a trip there sometime but I wasn’t sure what season would be best, so thank you for all the recommendations! All the photos of Banff look like they’re straight out of a magazine. Thank you so much for your input, Brooklyn! My new baby cousin is named Brooklyn too! 🙂

      1. That’s so cool! Let me know what you think of it if you go! And I love it when someone has the same name as me. That doesn’t happen too often! 😉

  2. I would love to go to Capri Italy. The Blue Grotto there looks magnificent. It looks a lot like the Amalfi Coast I think they may be close to each other. Capri would be my number one pick but Bora Bora does look amazing.
